Welcome to Unicornopoly! These Acceptable Use Policies ("AUP") outline the standards and expectations for using our platform, including but not limited to your profile, images, listed content, private content, messages, comments, and community posts. Please read and comply with this AUP as part of the Community Guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Violation of these policies may result in account suspension or termination.
General Rules
To maintain a respectful and harmonious community, all members are expected to:
- Engage respectfully with others, as you would in person.
- Respect different viewpoints and engage in constructive discussions.
- Respect the privacy and personal information of other members.
- Communicate with courtesy and mutual respect.
Violations & Consequences
We understand that mistakes can happen. As such, the first violation may result in a warning. However, subsequent violations may lead to account suspension or termination. In cases of severe abuse, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or warning.
If you encounter any violation of these guidelines, please report it to our Member Support Department immediately.
Eligibility and Membership Requirements
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or participate in any activity on Unicornopoly.
- Marital Status: You must be single or, if married, be in a consensual swinging lifestyle with your partner's approval to be a member of Unicornopoly. Unicornopoly will not be held responsible for any blame in the event of divorce, separation or annulment or anything resulting from your use of unicornopoly.com
- Single Males: You are encouraged to allow women to initiate contact. Harassment or stalking behavior will result in permanent account termination.
Account Integrity
By creating an account on Unicornopoly, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to do so may result in account termination. You are prohibited from creating multiple accounts without express permission from Customer Support, or engaging in criminal activity. Do not attempt to use an account that isn't yours. Do not use unicornopoly to do anything illegal. Any profiles, pictures, messages or content that breaks the law, condones or encourages unlawful activity will be taken very seriously and will cause your account to be permanently banned and possibly turned over to law enforcement. This includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court and posting links to illegal downloads, or ways to steal service.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Criminal Activity: Any content that promotes illegal activities or violates the law, including copyright infringement, defamation, and fraud, will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
- Impersonation: Do not impersonate other individuals, misrepresent your affiliation with Unicornopoly, or use misleading or offensive usernames.
- Harassment: Harassment, bullying, defamation, or the use of inflammatory language against other members will result in account suspension or termination.
- Spreading Misinformation: We are not a platform for spreading conspiracy theories and misinformation, and we will remove posts promoting obvious falsehoods.
- Content Restrictions: The following content is prohibited on Unicornopoly:
- Nudity or sexually explicit material.
- Content promoting or advocating for illegal activities, such as prostitution, drug use, or violence.
- Discriminatory, racist, sexist, or hateful content.
- Spamming, advertising, or solicitation for external services or products.
- Personal data disclosure or solicitation of private information.
Profile and Content Guidelines
Your profile should reflect who you are authentically. Be honest and avoid misleading others about your appearance, age, or intentions. Ensure your profile picture is recent, clear, and represents you accurately. Additionally, your content should not contain:
- Nudity, sexual content, or any material deemed offensive.
- Children or minors, as Unicornopoly is intended for adults only.
- Harassment, bullying, or inflammatory remarks towards other users.
You Further Agree Not To Use The Services To:
- Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with, including acting as an employee of, us or our affiliated entities.
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services. Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements)
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person.
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "affiliate marketing codes," "link referral code," or any other form of commercial solicitation.
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, networks or telecommunications equipment.
- Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users or members of the services are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' or members' ability to engage in real-time exchanges.
- Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers or networks connected to the services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the services, including using any device, software or routine to bypass our robot exclusion headers.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, but not limited to, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law.
- Provide material support or resources (or conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
- Collect or store personal data about other users or members without their consent (including, but not limited to, through the use of scripts, bots or web crawlers) or
- Upload, post, email, transmit, chat or otherwise disclose other users' or members' private information; or
- Disclose any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses in any user or member profile that you create.
Messaging & Communication
Use the messaging system responsibly. Always respect others' privacy and refrain from sending unsolicited or inappropriate messages. Do not share personal contact details, including phone numbers or addresses, through messaging.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter any violations of these guidelines, we encourage you to report them to our Member Support Department. Reports will be handled confidentially and will contribute to maintaining the integrity and safety of our community.
Disclaimer
Unicornopoly reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content, account, or service that does not adhere to these guidelines, and to take legal action against users who violate these terms. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Acceptable Use Policies.
