You must respect our file size, bandwidth and storage limitations for Content you submit and the Profile you create. If we determine, in our discretion, that it is necessary, we will disable or take other related action concerning accounts that in our view are using excessive bandwidth or other system resources. In addition, we reserve the right, if we find it necessary (in our discretion), to delete or change a Member's username and URL address, and to restrict the number of emails which a Member sends to other Members in any 24-hour period, if we believe, in our discretion, that the volume of email is too large.

MONITORING OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to monitor all advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that they conform to the content guidelines, which may be applicable from time to time. We also reserve the right to monitor all messages and chats that take place through the site. We are not solely responsible for any offensive or obscene materials that may be transmitted or posted by other users (including unauthorized users as well as the possibility of "hackers"). We are also not responsible for the use of any personal information that the user may choose to post on the service.

REMOVAL OF INFORMATION
While we do not and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation advertisements, public postings and messages, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of advertisements, public postings, messages and other materials you may upload to the service or users of the service.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and the relationship between you and this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and this site agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Indiana. However, both this site and you agree to submit to binding arbitration for any dispute. Such arbitration shall be held before one arbiter who is a member of the American Arbitration Association, using Indiana Law and in the venue of Marion County, Indiana. This site's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. MEMBERSHIP TYPES

• Guest Visitors
  Users who access our Site without becoming Members have very limited access to the Services that we provide and the Content posted on our Site.

• Free Members
  You can become a Free Member simply by completing the Registration. Free Members have limited access to our Facilities. For example, Free Members do not have access to view the full text of messages sent by other Members or to communicate with any other member.
  

• Paid VIP Members
  After completing registration and approval of your profile by unicornopoly.com, which approval may be granted or denied in unicornopoly.com's sole discretion, you can opt to become a VIP Member by submitting payment to unicornopoly.com pursuant to the guidelines posted on the Site. Paid Members enjoy additional access to Content on our Site that is not available to Free Members.

• Administrators
  Certain Lifetime Members have been selected to review and filter Visual Content (Filters; Blocking and Removal of Content) and to monitor chatroom's (the "Administrators") Unicornopoly.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke the rights and obligations of Administrators. Administrators are treated as Lifetime Members for purposes of these Terms.

• Moderators
  Certain Lifetime Members have been selected to review and filter Visual Content (Filters; Blocking and Removal of Content) and to monitor chatroom's (the "Moderators"). Unicornopoly.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke the rights and obligations of Moderators. Moderators are treated as Lifetime Members for purposes of these Terms.
  

• Lifetime Members
  Charter Members are Members who have special designations on their Profiles indicating that they were part of the original group of Members on our Site. Charter Members have the same rights and obligations as Lifetime Members for all other purposes and are treated as Lifetime Members for purposes of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any guidelines that we post on our Site.

SUBSCRIPTION
In order to prevent any interruptions of our VIP Service to our members, we offer a recurring subscription service billed at the respective duration. Currently we have the following subscription plans.

Free (Unlimited Access) Until July 1rst. 2024

Recurring:
VIP (3 Months - 91 Days) Subscription - $15.00
VIP (6 Months - 182 Days) Subscription - $30.00
VIP (1 Year - 365 days) Subscription - $50.00
Lifetime (Forever) Subscription - $150.00

Please Note: If you have an active subscription that has automatic re-billing enabled, this must be cancelled by yourself. This can easily be done by visiting the Stripe website. Cancelling your account or deleting your profile from the Service will not automatically cancel your automatic re-billing.

* You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the service through an Internet service provider or other third party service, including but not limited to telephone charges.

* Lifetime membership (if offered) means until the cessation of the Service and not the lifetime of the user. This service is currently only available via bank transfer.

BILLING AND REFUNDS
After completing Registration and receiving approval of your Profile, you may become a Paid Member by paying a membership fee (the "Membership Fee"). Paid Members have broader access to, and enjoy more flexible use of, our Site. We provide several different payment methods including electronic payment and more "traditional" payment methods such as mailing a check or money order. You acknowledge and agree that electronic payments are handled through a third party vendor, and any billing information you provide to unicornopoly.com may be sent by unicornopoly.com to that third party vendor. Any billing information sent by unicornopoly.com to a third party vendor is intended solely to allow the third party vendor to process the payment. Any personal information that we may collect when processing payments that you make in connection with your use of the Site will be treated as Personally Identifiable Information as discussed in our Privacy Policy. Please note that unicornopoly.com does not store or retain credit card numbers or expiration dates. All Membership Fee payments made to unicornopoly.com are non refundable and non transferable.

CHARGE-BACKS
We thoroughly investigate every charge-back claim and those found to be false may have legal action for claims against you for damages no matter how big or small if we or our payment vendors find evidence to contradict a charge-back claim. If we feel a charge-back claim is fraudulent, we will present information/evidence in a court of law to support our case which we feel is false or deceptive. Therefore it is important for you to ensure your charge-back claim is genuine.

INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold unicornopoly and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and other partners harmless from any claim or demand, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of unicornopoly.com, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.

PRIVACY AND YOUR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION ON OUR SITE
